Your Profile:

  • You are fluent in English
  • You have 5 to 8 years of working and project management experience in compensation and benefits with a EU focus, an understanding of the culture and specificities of a bluecollar working environment is a great asset
  • You are eager to align your customers' expectations (local business partners and TME members) with business needs
  • You can express yourself well verbally and in writing and can create buyin through your interpersonal skills
  • You have a digital mindset, are analytical and have an eye for detail
  • You are willing to work independently & as a team towards a result
  • You have a talent for conceptual and agile policy and process design

To implement this mission, we are leading the employee life cycle compensation and benefits strategy as well as managing the overall framework, policy design and governance on employee mobility.


Your responsibilities:


You will drive our compensation and benefits strategies aligned with our business direction for effective and innovative ways to reward our talents.


The function will include:

  • To set the total reward strategy for our TME entities (warehouses and parts depots) across Europe (with a focus on blue collar workers in a first instance)
  • To analyse local market practices and recommend changes in our rewards systems and policies (car policy, bonus, base, benefits,)
  • To steer and improve the endtoend reward processes and methodologies to ensure the highest levels of effectiveness and satisfaction in a fast changing and competitive talent market landscape
  • To work with our HR Business Partners and talent management colleagues and our management to solve business issues where reward can be a driver
