Duration of the mandatory internship:4-8 months


Scope of Work:


  • Support the Company's
    Customer Relationship Management (
    CRM)
  • Daytoday
    internal and external communication,
    media and
    event activities (online & logístical aspects)
  • Assist in monitoring
    web and
    social media
    analytics as well as analysing the outcome
  • Perform some
    clerical and
    media duties (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, new company layout pages).

Skills and Experience:


  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Communications and Media or a similar university/high school program
  • Handson experience (university projects, or selftaught) and a good understanding of:

CRM:


  • Social media and Website
    Analytics:

  • Content creation
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (mainly PowerPoint), and Windows operating system
  • Data analysis tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Strength in selfdiscipline, work ethic and organisation
  • Passionate with a
    problemsolving approach:
  • Precise written and good level of spoken English.
