Your main activities are:

Listening carefully to the clients' needs to identify and develop new opportunities;
Conducting business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement;
Build a collective ambition for your projects with all stakeholders;
Create project plans, execute them and modify them when necessary to take into account changing needs and requirements;
Identify the necessary resources (internal collaborators, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) and assign responsibilities;
Take the "technical" lead and encourage developers to look for new solutions;
Manage the daytoday operational aspects of the project;
Report the progress of the project to all stakeholders;
Attend external workshops with market and regulatory parties to capture functional and technical evolutions, sharing outcome with team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team processes

Minimum
4 years of experience in Project Management.

Technical skills:

Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK)
Application Life Cycle Management (ITIL)
Agile organization and related rituals (Agile, Spotify, Azure DevOps, )
Dashboarding and reporting skills
Leading meetings with various stakeholders from various business with different interests
Adapting communication to the level of knowledge of the attendees
Indepth experience in the field of Software Development Projects, Digital Transformation or Data Transformation is an additional major asset
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget

Functional skills:

Being able to productively communicate with all profiles in a multidisciplinary team
You are able to work autonomously while being a team player and in a stressful environment with changing priorities
You have a strong appetite in learning and are eager to share your knowledge;
You are proactive, and dedicated to accomplishment
You are open to new way of working and you are bringing alternatives forward;
You have experience in working in medium to large team (4 to 8 dev) in a very large company people)
You have knowledge of utility market (is an asset)
