    We are searching for a dynamic, well-organized, and enthusiastic Upstream Biomanufacturing Technical Specialist to join our Biomanufacturing team situated at our location in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.

    About the Role
    As a Technical Specialist, you will play a central role in our Biomanufacturing operations. You will ensure the smooth flow of daily tasks within our team by effectively planning activities and coordinating seamlessly among stakeholders. Furthermore, you will maintain robust communication channels with other teams and departments to guarantee the overall success of our projects.

    Who You'll Work With
    You will be a part of a diverse team comprising process engineers, manufacturing specialists, and highly skilled technicians. Together, you will collaborate closely to meet our production and quality goals.

    What You'll Do
    • Plan equipment cleanings and releases meticulously based on production needs and procedural requirements.
    • Be the go-to expert for all equipment-related details, ensuring their proper operation and upkeep.
    • Engage actively in preparing and overseeing production campaigns in collaboration with process engineers and manufacturing specialists.
    • Coordinate intra and inter-team activities, ensuring consistency and keeping stakeholders informed of production schedule adjustments.
    • Conduct technical document reviews and assist in team member training to uphold quality standards and regulatory adherence.
    • Oversee improvement initiatives and new equipment, showcasing your multitasking prowess with precision and efficiency.
    • Serve as the main contact between the team and internal/external services, advocating for our interests and supporting the fulfillment of continuous improvement requests, while ensuring material and equipment coordination.

    Interested? We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
    • Master's Degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in equipment qualification and process validation, along with expertise in automated and computerized tools (PCS7 experience would be advantageous).
    • Strong knowledge of USP process and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organizational abilities and a proven track record of prioritization.
    • Fluency in French both verbally and in writing is indispensable, with good English skills for effective communication with global partners.
