Senior Consultant - Business Consulting Finance

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Consulting Finance team, you will join a team with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise.

You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

To support the growth of our team, we are looking for highly motivated Senior Consultant or Manager with finance transformation experience and a focus on FP&A and cost management.

We will team up to:

Define a (digital) finance vision and strategy
Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
Design and implement new Finance Operating Models

- (Re) design and improve the end-to-end FP&A process

Implement new FP&A solutions
Review of costing models against leading practices and regulatory requirements
Design and implement costing models using the activitybased costing models

Profile

Master degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
3 to 6 years of experience in management consulting or in a finance function with a focus on the design or improvement of FP&A and/or costing processes or methodologies
Prior experience with FP&A solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French
Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
A proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups
Forward thinker, quick learner, and selfmotivator that thrives on new challenges
Willingness to travel (in line with COVID19 governmental regulations)
