Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Belgium.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play an important role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and drive insights.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience in data analysis to develop their skills and contribute to our data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and reporting systems to ensure accurate and consistent data management.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insightful reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify key metrics and establish benchmarks for performance evaluation.
Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of different strategies and initiatives.
Support the identification of data quality issues, anomalies, and outliers, taking appropriate measures to address them.
Help maintain data integrity by conducting regular data validations and monitoring data entry processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards and reports to facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.
Collaborate with senior profiles and stakeholders to provide datadriven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Limited or no professional experience, with a strong interest in data analysis and willingness to learn and grow.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment.
Enthusiasm for working with data and a passion for continuous learning.
