Function

You will be responsible for:

Furnishing and securing the job site by installing scaffolding, fall protection, safety lines and material storage areas;
Removing all or part of the roof and replacing the rafters;
Remove and install insulation materials;
Install gutters and downspouts;
Sealing a flat roof (roofing);
Tailoring and placing roof tiles, slates, steel sheets, etc.

Requirements:

We are looking for a top performer who already has a first experience as well as is eager to jump right in You possess these competences and skills:

You already have a first experience as a roofer behind you;
You can carry out roofing work independently;
You can measure roof structures and make your own calculations for the installation of tiles/keylights/trusses/tenon battens;
You get to the company in the Sint-Truiden region every morning independently
You are highly motivated to get to work and work hard together with your colleagues;
You are on time every morning;
You are punctual and a real team player;
You are orderly on the work floor.

Offer

Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
Salary depends on the experience. Start salary around 17€ gross per hour.

Refund of transport cost to Belgium up to 125€ after four work weeks
End of year bonus 8,33% of gross yearly salary
