The following services will be provided:

Architecture and design of information systems;
Review of the architecture of existing systems;
Design and development of architecture components and building blocks;
Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
Data analysis and data modelling;
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
Production of software architecture documents;
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users;
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
Perform functional testing and/or liaise with the test team to help ensuring that business and functional requirements enter into the test stream correctly.

All these activities require interactions with business stakeholders and with the IT teams as well as a strong participation in business and/or functional working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the stakeholders (IT and business).

Knowledge and skills:

Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture;
Good knowledge of modelling tools;
Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture;
Good knowledge of Relational DBMS;
Good knowledge of business process analysis;
Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus);
Ability to coordinate and draft functional testing results;
Ability to prepare testing data respecting defined thresholds;
Good redaction skills;
Ability to liaise with development team with clear error reports;
Ability to give technical presentations;
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings, good communication skills;
Good knowledge of the functional testing discipline (e.g. site and acceptance tests);
Good knowledge of a testing framework tool (e.g. Zephyr, Selenium);
Good knowledge of an automated functional testing framework (e.g. Cypress);
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment.

Specific Expertise:

Application Architect with a minimum:

13 years of IT professional experience;
6 years of experience in writing and executing technical and functional test cases;
4 years of experience in coordinating functional testing cycles;
3 years of experience in conducting quality control assessments;
2 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems;
2 years of experience in development of of functional automated testing scripts (e.g. Cypress);
2 years of experience with UML or CASE tools;Experience with relational databases;
Experience in web technologies;
Excellent knowledge of XML;
Knowledge of project management methodology is an advantage (e.g. PM2, Prince, PMI);
Knowledge of XBRL is an advantage.
