SAP CONSULTANT

General profile:

Location in Charleroi (Belgium)
Permanent contract
SAP Project Manager or SAP Consultant experienced in SAP Finance and Logistics domains or modules
Experience in project management in an international and multicultural context.

Context of the function

In the Information Systems department, you will be integrated into an international team in charge of Thales Alenia Space's ERP.

We have just started an ambitious project to overhaul our ERP to SAP.

Your role in this team will be mainly in the field of finance, management control and logistics to support this redesign in Belgium as a SAP Thales Alenia Space referent vis-à-vis the integrator who is in charge of the overall of the project.

Main responsibilities as part of our redesign project:

You are the referent of the existing system
You participate in the entire general and detailed design phase where you will be the guarantor of the implementation of our SAP Core Model,
You have an advisory and validation role on everything concerning localization in Belgium (legal, financial constraints, etc.) and you ensure the consistency of the integration of the Core Model into the Belgian information system.
You coordinate the migration of data from existing systems

Main responsibilities after our redesign project:

You manage projects in the domain, from design to deployment, in compliance with the SAP standard, in a transnational context and in integration with other domains (finance, purchasing, logistics, production)
You are responsible for support activities, maintenance, training of the solution to users.

Required profile:

Master or Bachelor with equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years as an SAP consultant with a mastery of configuration and associated flows
Experience of a migration project
Experience of working abroad or in a multicultural team
Fluent knowledge of French and English
Good interpersonal skills, diplomat with listening and communication skills
Fluency in writing
Team spirit
Proactive, curious and autonomous
Knowledge of finance and logistics
Analytical qualities coupled with a good spirit of synthesis.
