EUROLAB, the European Federation of National Associations of Measurement, Testing and Analytical Laboratories, is recruiting a Communications and Events Intern to support its activities aimed at enhancing its visibility in the European and international laboratory fora while strengthening cooperation and exchange of expertise among its members and stakeholders.

Starting date:
July/August 2024 (exact date to be confirmed).


Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the communications activities of EUROLAB (website, newsletter, LinkedIn, briefings, etc.);
• Support the planning and organisation of online and inperson meetings, webinars;
• Create presentations, short videos, visuals, graphics, etc;
• Support the work of the EUROLAB Technical Committee on Quality Assurance (TCQA) and working groups;
• Followup and report on EU legislative proposals;
• Handle members' requests and provide administrative support.

Profile

• Already previous experience, preferably internships/work experience in relevant fields;
• Fluency required in English (oral and written) and desirable in French;
• Master's degree in Communications, Marketing or International Relations;
• Excellent writing, editing, graphics and digital media skills;
• Quick learner who can easily adapt to the fastpaced workplace;
• Ability to work independently with positive attitude and motivated;

What we offer

• An internship contract under Belgian legislation (Convention d'Immersion Professionnelle
• CIP);
• Opportunity of recruitment under Belgian work contract after the 6 months internship;
• A monthly allowance in line with the legal requirements, with additional meal vouchers;
• Flexible working conditions with teleworking;
