As a Customer Service Representative you will work for an American chemical company active in the development and production of chemical substances.

Together with the customer service team you are responsible for several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will mainly be the first point of contact for the English and German speaking client portfolio.


As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the cross departmental coordination, both internally and externally, along the process between the order and the delivery of the product.

You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues.


Your main tasks include:

  • Being the first point of contact for external and internal customers and distributors
  • Communicating proactively and managing the follow up of lead times
  • Handling orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents

Profiel:

You have the following profile:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in logistics, languages or similar by experience.
  • You are fluent in English and German to communicate with your client portfolio.
  • You have experience in SAP and MS Office.
  • You are a team player with strong social and communication skills. Customer satisfaction is your main concern.
  • You are a quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems.
  • You are an accurate worker and are stressresistant.
