Main tasks
The Scrum Master:
- Is responsible for the Scrum framework within the team and respect for Agile principles
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Refinement meeting, retro)
- Ensure that the product backlog and sprint backlog are complete, maintained and prioritized, with sufficient backlog depth
- Ensures that the "definition of ready" (DoR) and the "definition of done" (DoD) are well defined and respected
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders on the progress of tasks, by providing, among other things, teamrelated metrics (velocity, burndown, story points, etc.)
- Ensures that all impediments are identified and removed
- Offers visibility and transparency on the progress of the Sprint
- Ensures the dynamics of the team by giving it the necessary rhythm to ensure delivery
- Guides the team to be autonomous, responsible, to improve continuously, to stay focused on the Sprint objective
- Protects the team from interference
- Promotes and participates in good communication between the different development teams
