Key responsibilities:

Responsible to support in the growth of the business by actively contributing to proposals.
You will help deliver large scale digital transformation projects using Salesforce as a platform.
Management (CRM) technologies such as Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, or alternatively SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
Work with international and Belgian clients to help resolve issues and to develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in Marketing, Sales, and Service.
Sales Strategies & Methodologies to functional requirements and a solution design.
You will work within the Digital Customer and Marketing team and together you will focus on design and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architecture to bring customer strategies to life.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch or French, with good seniorlevel stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

5+ years experiences as a Functional Consultant working on multiple complex implementation projects.
Excellent knowledge of CRM technologies such as Microsoft D365, Power Platforms or similar such as Salesforce or Oracle.
Ability to translate Business Objectives, Sales Strategies & Methodologies to functional requirements and a solution design.
