You obtain additional information from consulting physicians and request additional examinations if necessary;
You consult with other departments internally to ensure smooth payment of accepted claims;

Profile

You are empathetic, organized & committed to follow up from A to Z;
Telephony does not scare you;
You have a first experience, preferably within the financial sector;
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, both spoken and written;
You communicate fluently with your colleagues, both in your own team and with the other teams;
You are organized & can multitask fluently without losing overview.
