Let's look together at your first challenge with us

Scope of work:

Lead and/or execute the evaluation and piloting of identified sustainability opportunities (Solvent recovery) in the API production processes in collaboration with required partners like R&D organization, external partners, manufacturing organization.
Give input to the design of a process/framework that will focus on reducing the overall footprint of the production processes.
Help in the identification and assessment of sustainability opportunities for the site.

Profile:

You hold a degree in Engineering or Science (Chemistry preferred), bachelor's degree or equivalent
You are fluent in written and spoken Local Language Required:

You are fluent written and spoken English

You have knowledge of validation/qualification of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes & products and/or equipment especially in purification technologies/processes for sustainability
You have knowledge of API manufacturing site systems and procedures.
Knowledge of process development and required analytics in purification technologies/processes for sustainability.
You have personal and interpersonal skills / Leadership skills
You are able to work under pressure, handle conflicting interests, and take decisions.
Ability to work independently under general direction, having a good sense of prioritization of assigned tasks goals and manage time accordingly.
You have Project management skills being able to build and manage a project plan with the required roles & responsibilities and report to a crossfunctional team.
Customer and business focus.
You have problem solving skills and attitude
You are handson, result oriented.
