This role supports the full merchandising cycle from product development and sample coordination to order execution and production follow-up.
- Provide support product in development and order follow-up from sampling to shipment.
- Coordinate samples assist in costing order processing Communicate with vendors overseas customers internal teams on daily merchandising matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure smooth order execution customer satisfaction Track production progress monitor timelines escalate merchandising issues as needed Assist maintain products quality safety compliance requirements Prepare reports orders shipment related documentation Perform ad-hoc duties assigned time time Requirements Diploma Bachelor degree Business Supply Chain or disciplines 1-3 years working experience fresh graduates candidates internship experience sourcing trading companies welcome Strong interest toys hardgoods merchandising training provided Self-starter positive willingness learn mindset Good communication interpersonal skills detail-oriented well-organized responsible Proficiency MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Good command written spoken English Mandarin Occasional travel may required If sounds like you Apply Now We offer below benefits perks Competitive salary 13th month salary plus discretionary bonus Health dental life personal accident insurances Paid days off festival early leave volunteer leave Sample sales staff discount offer
