  • For one of our clients, active in the energy sector, we are looking for a L&D designer. As a Learning & Development Designer, you will be closely working together with the business for the design and creation of engaging and impactful learning activities based on the identified skill gaps. You will help our employees advance in their skills and knowledge and help the company succeed by training and developing its people.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Learning & Development Designer, who takes up the SPOCrole for the Assets division (technical operational division: Maintenance departments, Asset Management department, Network Operations department).
  • Based on the already known L&D roadmap you will be responsible for the design of learning experiences from A to Z (ADDIE methodology) using a variety of L&D methods and tools (blended learning approach) and this in cooperation with your business stakeholders.
  • Working together with the Assets division you will design learning solutions for technical (certification), safety and soft skills.
  • Supporting in communication & change management of the learning journeys within the business division.
  • Sourcing and curating content to feed into guided learning journeys and programs
  • Liaising with all stakeholders (Architects, Training Center) within the Academy to pilot the designed learning experiences.
  • Focus on impact maximization for our employees for business strategy realization.

Have you got what it takes?:

  • You have experience in designing effective learning journeys, using a blended approach (classroom learning, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.) for technical (certification), Safety and soft skills years of experience)
  • You have a solid experience in using an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) as an administrator (knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams, and the logic behind it).
  • A solid experience in designing and creating elearnings working as an Instructional Designer with one or more authoring tools is an asset.
  • You juggle the concepts, tools and techniques of not only effective learning and development methods, but also project management, communication and change management.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and French and a good knowledge and understanding of English.
  • You are a passionate educator, the satisfaction of your internal customers is essential for you.
  • You like to work in a team, with businesses or external partners and can easily build relationships of trust with them.
  • You dare to Challenge business requirements with the goal to create impact.
  • You are organized and manage your priorities effectively
