Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to bring our People Model Canvas and SaaS platform, Q7Leader, to life.The role requires autonomy and the ability to implement a methodology, not just software.
You will lead customer implementation from sales handover, own the continued success and revenue of a portfolio of customers, and liaise with internal subject matter experts to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
