Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. To strengthen our HR Team we are looking for a HR OFFICER ONBOARDING:

As we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a colleague that will contribute to achieve the objectives in the following key areas within HR: Recruitment, Training & Development, Personnel & Payroll Administration.

Your role:

As a member of our HR team you collaborate with your HR colleagues (recruitment, training, admin), managers and employees for all HR onboarding matters and HR onboarding practices, and identify potential issues in this regard;
You support HR recruiters in the Talent Acquisition process while potentially also taking part in some screening and advertising on various platforms if necessary;
You follow up HR policies & rules, ensuring compliance with these guidelines;
You coordinate all necessary data for accurate personnel and onboarding management in different systems related to Recruitment, Training & Development, Personnel & Payroll Administration;
You autonomously coordinate onboarding activities such as welcome days, onboarding presentations and potentially respond to all initial questions after interviewing process;
You handle personnel data of various types with utmost confidentiality (GDPR compliant);
You provide support to HR management for various HR reports and KPI's by accurately and completely supplying data;
You participate in HR improvement projects.

Your profile:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent through experience;
You have good communication and presentation skills and you are fluent in Dutch, English and French;
You have excellent social & representational skills;
You strive for efficiency and are uptodate with new technologies;
You have excellent organization and planning skills;
You can work both independently and in a team.
