About the team


As a fast growing company, we are looking for a Junior HR Advisor to strengthen our HR Operations and Talent Development teams.


Within HR Operations, we focus on payroll, remuneration policy, complex HR administration, social law and dialogue with our social partners.

Talent development focuses on Performance Management, Learning & Development, People and Position Review, Career Advisory and Well-being.

We serve employees located in Belgium, but also in our branch offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Chile, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and France.

We work in a customer-focused way, where internal consultation and support to our management and employees are key.


What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities as
Junior HR Advisor
As Junior HR Advisor, you will participate and be able to grow on the following topics:

  • operational HR processes (annual evaluation, promotions, onboarding and exit,)
  • HR policies and individual mobility files with our international branches
- employee's and manager's lifecycle events
- projects linked to HR administration
- talent processes and their roll-out along the year
- career and development advisory
- internal communication to the employees in the areas of HR Operations and Talent Development.

You collaborate with our people managers, but also have a direct line with our employees. Open dialogue is key.


If you identify with any of the following, we encourage you to apply
Do you?

  • You have a Master's degree (preferably in the field of Human Resources)
  • Some experience in an HR environment could bring addedvalue
  • Basic knowledge of labour law is an asset.

You also have the following competencies and skills:

  • You are open to other opinions and attach importance to building good professional relationships, you are customer-oriented.
  • You are creative in finding acceptable and pragmatic solutions.
  • You have an open dialogue (active listening and empathy) and communicate with conviction. You can express yourself fluently, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch or French and English. Working proficiency of the second national language is a clear advantage.
  • You are able to structure ideas and work out or improve complex processes.
  • You are resultoriented and can interpret data files, analyse their impact and propose appropriate solutions while respecting deadlines.
  • You work autonomously and are able to work on several projects at the same time while defining your priorities.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams,...) and at ease with digital tools in general.
