Job summary
We are looking for a Front Office Specialist to join our team in Zaventem.In this role you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and guiding them to the right colleague.
You will handle customer communication by phone email and in person keep the showroom tidy inviting and well organised support the setup coordination of showroom events manage daily admin tasks such as PO creation supplier contact cash handling prepare deposit invoices ensure accurate follow up assist with key handovers technical inspections after sales reception test drives when needed handle incoming outgoing mail act as back up for Toyota Lexus Product Experts Service Experts.
