Customer Acceptance and Product Requirement Specialist:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The mission of the Customer Value and Applications team is to support the product development process by bringing the customer success factors and value drivers of the complete experience and system to the development team.

The Acceptance and Requirements role will ensure there is a customer focus throughout the Product Development process.

This will be achieved by ensuring customer desires are optimally conveyed to the product platforms and by translating the customer expectations into quantifiable engineering targets.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Brand, Platforms, Customer Segment leads to build database of customer expectations
Coordinate CDPD data from team by establishing and maintaining database to easily access and actively promote customer needs across GPPs
Establish engineering pass/fail criteria based on customer experience by engaging Global Product Platforms
Establish customer ROI targets and test criteria to embed in GPD milestones and IVPs
Collaboration with engineering and brand teams to establish customer priorities.
Support alignment of Integrated Validation Plans (IVPs) with customer expectations across the product development platforms and precision technology teams

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years relevant product development or product validation experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Confirmed problemsolving skills to analyze and address technical problems, including fixing software, electrical and/or mechanical issues.
Validated technical leadership and organization skills.
Agricultural background and/or passion for offroad equipment. Knowledge of ag equipment systems (and/or other offroad equipment) and operation.
Experience working with global multicultural teams: Previous involvement in matrix organizations with a strong multifunctional team environment.
Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
