Oliver James is seeking the next the
Business Customer Support to join one of the most important Fintech institution in Belgium.

You will work in a team of agents to provide first line support to merchants, business partners and users of the company.

_As __Business Customer Support _
_you will..._

You provide accurate and complete information about our products and services
You provide both oral and written information to clients, agents, notaries, lawyers, heirs (whether or not involved in a conflict situation regarding the estate, etc.), taking into account the duty of discretion.
You will handle complaints and make sure our merchants and partners are helped with acceptable solutions
You will report and escalate towards the correct functional or management line
You will act as a first point of contact for partners (key accounts): dealing with more complex issues and questions, like setting up an integration or issues with payments

Profile

You are Fluent in Dutch and you have also professional competences in French.
You have a bachelor degree OR equal experience.
You are customeroriented, a good planner and organiser and know how to set the right priorities in dossier management.
You are independent and eager to learn.
You are a real team player.
Knowledge of payments is a big plus.
