    As the successful Sales & Marketing Manager - Endocrinology, you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Defining the Strategy
      • Define and develop the long term strategic plans
      • Create a compelling picture for the Belgian business
      • Generate full stakeholder engagement
    • Financial Management
      • Ensure that the Belgian business has strong financial governance and management
      • This includes market access and an effective logistics process to deliver a sustainable and profitable business,
      • Take full responsibilities for the Belgian business P&L within budget
    • Driving Sales
      • Define, develop and implement short and long-term marketing and sales plans
      • Deliver the brand propositions and sales targets
      • Develop & Grow the local business.
    • Increasing Market Share
      • Identify opportunities to leverage commercial advantages and
      • Increase market share and take appropriate actions to take full advantage of them
    • Leadership
      • Provide the Belgian team with the leadership, motivation and guidance they need to enable them to deliver their sales targets
      • Grow the business and maintain operational standards.
      • Drive & coach the sales team of 4 pax
    • Stakeholder Management
      • Engage the key influencers & KOL of the business
      • Secure engagement in medical and clinical projects to expand the network
      • Drive sustained business growth.

    As the successful Sales & Marketing Manager - Endocrinology, you will have the following requirements:

    • At least a Master Degree in Business Management or related field - Or equivalent by experience
    • Proven track record of successful sales and marketing management in the Pharmaceutical industry
    • A deep understanding of the Belgian Pharmaceutical markets
    • Ability to manage a business P&L
    • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
    • Excellent Commercial acumen & Strategic vision
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent Negotiation skills - ideally a network in the field of Gynecology, Endocrinology or related HCP field
    • Analytical thinking & good organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and remain calm in challenging situations
