Job Description:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will join Devoteam's Creative Tech team._
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.
Build and maintain databases, data models, APIs, and web services with optimized performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to meet project goals and timelines.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Good understanding of software development lifecycle management. Good understanding of security concepts.
Good understanding of software testing principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Willingness to keep up to date on innovative development frameworks and cloud technologies by following trainings, courses, and certifications.
Fluency in Dutch or French and English.

Technical requirements

Strong knowledge of frontend web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React or VueJS
Strong knowledge of serverside programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with web frameworks such as , , Flask or Django.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of RESTful API design and the ability to create and consume APIs.
Knowledge of API specification standards like OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, or GraphQL.
Experience with unit testing and endtoend testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
Understanding of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of webpack, babel, webpackdevserver, and other frontend build tools.
Understanding of responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility issues.

Assets

Familiarity with software design patterns and architecture principles, such as Clean Software Architecture, Data Structures, Microservices, Event-Driven, MVC, and SOA
Experience with CI/CD/DevOps/DevSecOps principles.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Understanding of security and compliance standards.
