Why is the role important to us:
At SimCorp, we facilitate the streamlining of investment decisions, accounting, and operations for major global financial institutions.

As a Lead Business Consultant, you will be responsible for improving implementation expertise and enhancing the knowledge of Consultants in our market unit and beyond.

What You Will Do:
Business Consultancy

Independently manage one or more business-related workstreams within an implementation project, including identifying required tasks, dependencies, and time and resource estimates, and providing regular status updates to the Project Manager for inclusion in the overall project plan
Act as project leader for small to mid-sized SimCorp Dimension implementation projects when required
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and deliver trainings for new and existing clients across business-related areas and domains
Document client requirements and map them to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying potential improvements and efficiencies where possible
Apply a solid understanding of basic project planning concepts to support successful delivery
Provide system configuration and end-user training, enabling clients to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage
Leverage prior SimCorp project experience to estimate level of effort and support accurate delivery planning

Business Development

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and actively contribute ideas back to the business
Participate in sales and pre-sales activities when required, supporting the positioning of SimCorp concepts and offerings

What We Value

Relevant consulting experience within the asset management and or investment management space
Experience with SimCorp Dimension is highly beneficial
Knowledge on APIs
Experience working with Comm Server
Experience in integrating solutions
