Customer Success Manager // Brussels-Rotterdam-Remote

Their Belgian team, with over 35 colleagues, can be described as a fast-growing unit where

entrepreneurship and

You will join an international team - based in Brussels and Rotterdam - and be responsible for the following aspects in the Benelux region:

You are the go-to-person for all matters relating to onboarding & service actions during the full customer journey
You will provide trainings to navigate your clients throughout the different products and functions both on site and online.
You are in touch with new evolutions with your clients and can translate these in upand cross sell opportunities.

Your profile?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious sales support professional who is eager to learn and grow internationally.

You have on average 5 years of commercial experience and are fluent in English and Dutch.

A good knowledge of French is definitely a big plus

You are comfortable traveling to
Brussels and
Rotterdam on a weekly basis while working remote the remainder of the time.
