Beschrijving

We are looking for a junior IT network administrator for a company located in Zaventem.

As IT network administrator you give first line IT support.


Your tasks:

• You support cloud, telephone and WiFi services.
• You install and configure desktops and laptops.
• You identify and solve network, PC, software and hardware problems.
• You manage physical and cloud network storage.
• You talk users through a series of actions, either using remote desktop, face to face or over the telephone to identify and resolve issues.
• You testing and evaluating new technology.

Profiel:

Your profile:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in an international environment and in a similar position
• You have a very good knowledge of English and Dutch
• You have a very good knowledge of Office 36
• You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• You have independent judgement, initiative and technical knowledge to to solve problems
