Job Description:

The tasks of the intern include:

Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
SAP Order management
Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal
Logistic claims : registration and follow up
Customer specific requirements : Registration and followup
Project work
General support for sales and logistics team

Qualifications:

You are currently a business
student with, by preference, specialization in Logistics
Languages: fluent in English; German is an asset
Very good computer skills in MS Office (f.e. Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset
Very good analytical and communication skills
Organized and structured problem solver
Proactive towards process improvements
Ability to work independently and with deadlines

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College and you have to do a mandatory internship you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College outside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 977,50 / month.
