- Je volgt jouw teamleden (HVAC team dat instaat voor warmtepompen en ventilatie) kort op en coacht hen zodat ze de sterkste versie van zichzelf worden. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en begeleidt hen in hun taken en commerciële acties.
- Je plant wekelijks één op één gesprekken met de teamleden.
- Enkele keren per jaar zit je samen met de teamleden om evaluatie/functioneringsgesprekken te voeren. Je legt dit daarna vast in ons intern systeem.
- Je plant regelmatig teammeetings zodat ideeën gedeeld kunnen worden.
- Je ondersteunt je collega's bij interne/externe events, opleidingen en andere activiteiten.
- Op gebied van sales ben je steeds mee met de offertes die de deur uit gaan. De belangrijkste offertes beheer en valideer je zelf.
- Je zit regelmatig samen met de belangrijkste fabrikanten en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt.
- Je bezoekt regelmatig de belangrijkste klanten en zorgt dat alles in CRM terug te vinden is.
- Je maakt maandelijks rapporten over de verkoopresultaten, projecten en marktevoluties.
- Je zal betrokken worden in de werving en selectie van nieuwe teamgenoten deelname van jobbeurzen.
- Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen over heel Vlaanderen.

Binnen ons filiaal te Merelbeke (regio Vlaanderen), onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Regio Segment Manager Resi, sta je in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie/coaching van jouw team van specialisten en het onderhouden van relaties met klanten/fabrikanten met als doel de specialisatie in de regio verder te ontwikkelen.
Als Team Coördinator HVAC (warmtepompen en ventilatie) (M/V/X) zal dit jouw missie zijn:

Jouw profiel? Je behaalde een bachelor of master diploma in een technische richting waarbij HVAC (specifiek warmtepompen en ventilatie) aan bod kwam. Heb je geen bachelor/master, maar sta je wel op hetzelfde niveau door jouw opgebouwde ervaring? Dan is dat voor ons even goed Wel vragen we enige ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een commerciële organisatie.
