After a training period, you are the focal point for internal customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships.

• The renewals and maintenance of the licences and care packs of your customers are your responsibility
• You are the owner of the offer & order process: part of this is advising customers and account teams on quoting requests, identifying up and cross selling opportunities and collaboration with suppliers in order to assure best purchase prices and delivery conditions
• You monitor the expiration date/renewals of the service contracts
• You actively collaborate with suppliers to assure the best purchase prices and delivery conditions
• You support the Solution teams in their projects
• Logistic management: monitor the implementation of orders until their final stage, monitor the respect of SLA and the execution of the deliveries, ordering of products
• Support the account managers (reporting) so they can target and grow existing accounts

• Bachelor degree
• As you are a strong communicator, you are fluent in English, orally and written, while Dutch and French is a plus
• No 2 days are alike. You need to be able to adapt quickly, that is why we are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and min. 1 year of experience.
• You are a team player who is organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. You have an eye for detail and precision, being proactive is fundamental.
• Communication is one of your strongest assets. You are enthusiastic, driven and proactive in servicing your customers.
• An excellent service to our customers makes you happy. You have a good understanding what influence your actions have on customer experience.
