Robert Half is currently looking for a Private Banking Assistant (M/V/X) for a client active in the private banking to cover a maternity leave.

Our client is situated in East of Brussels.

As Private Banking Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assisting the Client Advisors and the Desk Head with administrative/organizational arrangements and client processes for optimal support service delivery;
Process all clientrelated orders independently (execute stock exchange orders, payments, opening/closing of accounts);
Proactive engaging in all account related processes, controls, bookings, transfers, ;
Dealing with client's queries and troubleshooting through specialized transactional process knowledge;
Assist in the handling and resolution of risk, compliance and document related matters in close collaboration with the specialists of Compliance, Risk, Credits and Back Office;
Take an active role in the sales effort visàvis the clients on a nonstrategic level;
Take an active role in organizing events and client meetings.

The requested qualifications for this Private Banking Assistant position include:

You have a Bachelor/master degree and proven experience in the banking sector preferably in a client facing function (or having a genuine interest in a career in a B2B2C banking environment);
You have an excellent level written and spoken in French, and good level of Dutch;
You are team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills, flexible and used to work under pressure;
You have a strong client and service orientation, ready to go the extra mile, aiming for building long lasting client; relationships;
You are autonomous and dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial spirit;
You show flexibility and ability to cope with pressure;
You have a positive personality with excellent communication skills.
