The Position:

The role will be within our change team working as a Business Analyst / Intake Lead (Hybrid) within our Europe & Global Segments Organisation reporting in the Head of Change.

Given the size and breadth of the EGS portfolio, this hybrid role is responsible for (pre) intake management and develop and support the Benefits Management Strategy for the change portfolio.

Due the hybrid nature of this role you will be expected to pick up activity in the role as Business Analyst and to work with (senior) stakeholders across a breadth of business and change management functions to conduct gap analysis, options analysis, document requirements, process design, communications, training, business readiness and to plan and support the overall successful implementation of projects in line within agreed objectives.

Skills and Experience
Strong Business Analyst expertise is a pre-requisite.

Provide thought leadership in the area of business strategy development and solution assessments as it relates to the major projects/programmes

Provide Business Analysis leadership, guidance and consultation to project teams and senior

Support pre-intake through scoping definition and ensure all execution efforts align to project/program goals.

Demonstrates best practice in business analysis and seeks to continually improve and enhance project and company existing process(es)

Experience in managing Business Readiness activities

Ability to demonstrate a robust analytical approach to complex requirements including translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

Experience in the creation of test/UAT scripts and leading execution of all testing activities

Knowledge of the full project lifecycle methodology

Agile experience is desirable

Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills

Strong data analysis skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience and understanding of delivering Business & Change Management Programmes in an Agile framework would be beneficial
