De organisatie van Bilfinger Industrial Services in België en Nederland bestaat uit 1.300 werknemers. Daarnaast zijn er nog eens 1.200 medewerkers werkzaam via VCU-gecertificeerde bedrijven. Bilfinger Industrial Services is actief in de marktsectoren petrochemie, chemie, olie en gas, farma, food, energie, staal en maritiem.
Als HSEQ Site Inspector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en uitvoeren van het beleid op het gebied van HSEQ op de toegewezen projecten.
Het vergroten van het HSEQ bewustzijn van de toegewezen locatie(s) behoort ook tot je bevoegdheden.
Takenpakket
• Je spreekt collega's aan op onveilig werken of onveilig gedrag en zet indien noodzakelijk de werkzaamheden stop.
• Je houdt het bedrijfshulpverleningsplan in stand.
• Je beoordeelt, rapporteert en handelt ongevallen, incident- en risicomeldingen, klachten en overige afwijkende situaties af.
• Je stimuleert in brede zin het beleid op HSEQ gebied.
• Je houdt inspecties op HSEQ gebied.
• Je onderhoudt relaties met vakgenoten, opdrachtgevers en belanghebbende instanties.
• Je neemt deel aan het veiligheidsoverleg.
• Je verzorgt introducties en toolboxmeetings.
• Je geeft advies en controleert op het juiste gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
Vereisten voor sollicitatie
• Minstens 3 jaar operationele ervaring binnen Bilfinger
• Gedurende de tewerkstelling bij Bilfinger niet betrokken bij veiligheidsovertredingen
• Groot veiligheidsbesef
• U bent bereid om op verschillende locaties te werken
• Goede kennis van softwarepaketten (Word, excel, ...)
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
• Kennis van de Engelse en Franse taal is een pluspunt
• Bereid om in eigen tijd een veiligheidsopleiding niveau III en II te volgen
