  • Every week, we also like to call back the members who did answer to our satisfaction survey to make sure that we improve their experience with our service.

  • A strong personality, with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the French language, both verbally and in writing and a good knowledge of English.
  • You can type fluently and flawlessly and a computer holds no secrets for you. You can empathize with situations very well and always think in a solutionoriented way.
  • You can handle change well and want to make a difference.
  • You are fulltime available.

TEAM, WHO WE ARE ?:

  • We aim to make our Benelux customers happy each day by giving them a fast and personal response.
  • Our team needs to be prepared, informed and supported every day to answer any kind of request sent by the customers or escalated by the vendors. This is the responsibility of our two team leaders.
  • Our Team leaders do work closely with each other to build the monthly planning and adapt the shifts on a daily basis according to the volume / topics to handle.
  • With the collaboration of the Quality and Training Manager, you are planning the sessions of training and coaching needed to enhance the skills of the experts.
  • It is also Customer Care responsibility to have regular contacts with all other departments of the company (Benelux, France, Germany, Spain and Italy) and highlight the pain points of the customer's experience. That way, we keep the organization agile.
