Global ERP Solution Lead

In today's digital business era, we are challenged to exceed customer expectations faster and better than our competition.

This requires the evolution of the company's existing business processes and the modernization of its ERP systems, with the migration from current legacy IT systems to a modern Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment.


The transformation of our processes and systems for the international businesses will span a minimum of three years and include multiple regions and countries.

An ERP Team is leading this global transformation.

The primary platform for delivery is Microsoft Dynamics D365


Responsibilities:


  • As a Solutions Consultant and Team Lead, you will operate at the intersection of technology and business. You will be part of a project team where you will work closely together with the project manager(s) and technical consultant(s).
  • Your common purpose is to come up with a client focused solution, in which you play the important role of monitoring the solutions' userfriendliness, as well as client and enduser satisfaction.
  • On top of that you are responsible for coaching and building a team. This team consists of D365 F&O consultants ranging from graduates who take their first steps in their career to consultants with more than 20 years of experience, both internal team as well as implementation partner.
  • You are a central point of contact at both technical as coaching level. You communicate frequently with the Business Leads
  • Coach and guide the level 2 support team, in providing end user support for D365 related support tickets and triage cases for escalation to 3rd party service provider.
  • Capture requests for changes and enhancements and document business requirement.
  • Assist in the preparation of user guides to assist training and issue resolution as well as technical knowledge DB.
  • Support delivery activities by creating necessary change control documents, and testing changes prior to deployment. Assist technical teams in D365 system analysis, trouble shooting and configuration.
  • Participate in data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders.
Requirements - Qualifications

  • 3 years experience working with Dynamics AX 2009 / 2012 / Microsoft Dynamics 365 with minimum 1 year experience in D365 F&O.
  • ERP experience in Project management and accounting area.
  • Experience with the full development lifecycle, including requirements capture, analysis, design, test, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.
  • Excellent team player and communicator, with ability to create collaborative relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical aspects to nontechnical shareholders
  • Strong communication skills, fluent English, spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset.
Desired Certifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 experience (certification is a plus)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field
