Christian Wijnants is womenswear brand known for its luxurious strong knitwear and translation into textural prints.The company has built a strong wholesale presence with a successful growing B2C business within its flagship stores and website.
We are seeking a highly experienced Store Manager to join our team. This position is based in Antwerp, Belgium. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing day-to-day operations for both retail stores Antwerp and Berlin.Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Responsible for leading all aspects of both stores, Antwerp and Berlin
- Develop and manage retail team for both Antwerp and Berlin stores.
- Visual merchandising
- Focus on generating highquality sales across all product categories, extending your client base, and providing excellent customer service.
- Organize and host instore events where necessary.
- Manage and optimize stock levels and stock awareness to suit sales
- Manage daily workflows and develop annual promotions calendar
- Recap monthly store performance and reporting current business trends
- Ensure that sales and operations are carried out effectively and efficiently in order to meet and surpass the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Seasonal collection buying in Paris showroom for both Antwerp and Berlin stores
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience within a retail luxury environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, French is a plus
- Must be proficient in Excel, POS (Shopify) and digital literacy
- Good analytical and organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- Some travel may be required
