Your responsibilities:

As IT Officer you will be the link between our IT service desk and Mazars employees.

Centralize employee requests, process some, or refer them to the service desk
Checking software updates for offices' screens and computers
Preparing material for onboardings
Managing invoices received by the service desk
Involvement in the Mazars group's IT

About you:

You are someone who wants to move around, who doesn't like routine and wants to do a variety of tasks
You want to help others and find solutions to their problems
You have an interest in IT and administration
You are organized and rigorous
You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium
You are comfortable working in English, Dutch and French
Professional experience in administration is a plus
