    As an HR Generalist, you will work alongside the Managing Director Europe, Department leads (Practice Leaders), Payroll officer, Finance and the European Recruitment Team and assist in implementing the defined HR strategy and goals.     You will create a close relationship with the managers and team coaches to help them with HR related issues, like training. You use your intellectual curiosity to gain knowledge in competencies, career tracks, HR policies and processes as well as recruitment. You also love to get your creative mind working to create strong and clear messages towards our candidates and employees and come with new ideas for our ongoing projects or current HR processes.

    Main tasks:

  • Manage the onboarding of new employees, preparing to welcome newcomers and keeping all information accurate and relevant.
  • Help to build a learning culture: gather the training needs, book training courses (internal + external), promote learning, manage cefora subsidies.
  • Manage all HR communication: creating HR news and sharing it on our social media (including job adverts, newcomers, projects, birthdays, office news, certifications etc.)
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to the team and business leaders, offering support in areas such as social law, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.
  • Analyse HR data (fe Employee Satisfaction survey), identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic HR projects to improve the employee experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance HR processes and practices.
  • Organize employee events (Knowledge information sessions, team buildings, networking events)
  • Required skills and expected level:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • You have a positive energy, dynamism, and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people.
  • You can work autonomously in a structured and organized way.
  • You can absorb a lot of information and structure it in a clear way.
  • You are willing to learn and stay up to date with the latest HR and recruitment trends.
  • You find pleasure in creating strong and clear messages on social media.
  • You are willing to learn and take feedback as an opportunity to grow.
  • You have an affinity with technology and an intellectual curiosity to understand the importance of technology.
  • You believe the right people doing the right thing at the right time is a critical success factor in a company.
  • Required level of education:
  • Bachelor or Master preferably in Psychology, HR or any related field.
  • Required work experience in this role:

  • Between 4-5 years of experience in general HR Role, demonstrating expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading HR projects and change management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant HR tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strategic thinking ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and develop Senior HR staff and HR interns
