What does the job entail?:


You will take up a new position within the Programme Coordination Management team, which is part of the Programmes & Partnerships Department of Trias of Brussels Office, which is a supporting entity for all Trias divisions worldwide.

You will be responsible to improve the completeness, correctness, accessibility and analytical value of financial
- & other key information of different Trias-programmes, both for internal programme management-purposes, and for external visibility and accountability purposes.

Your tasks will range from the design and development of new tools for efficient management of both qualitative and quantitative data, over the follow-up of the use of these tools, to the analysis and interpretation of the different data
- and information sources and systems.


In this role you will:
- lead the design and development of a user-friendly information management system hosting key information related to all aspects of programme development and -implementation.
- serve as the go-to resource person, facilitating the use of all systems and procedures relevant to the registration and documentation of programme-related data.
- organise and ensure the quality control of data input in the different systems.
- facilitate internal and external learning from qualitative and quantitative programme information and project implementation processes.
- provide global support to colleagues in analysing and leveraging relevant program-related data and information.


Who are we looking for?:


  • You have a Master's degree in a relevant domain, or equivalent qualification through experience.
  • You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a demonstrable ability to effectively work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • You have a passion for IT solutions and possess IT skills including the use of Excel, with a knack for functions, formulas, pivot tables, and more. Familiarity with Visual Basic and/or Power BI is a plus.
  • You are skilled at distilling pivotal insights from extensive information and translating abstract data into understandable information.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset, as Trias has 3 working languages.
  • You are selfmotivated and able to take ownership of projects with limited direction.

  • You will receive a fulltime contract for an indefinite period
  • The fulltime gross monthly salary is a minimum of € 3.579,40 and a maximum of € 5.054,14 (with 35 years of relevant experience; salaries adapted to the current index).
  • The gross salary is supplemented by an attractive package of fringe benefits (meal vouchers, group insurance, hospitalisation insurance, 13th month, hybrid way of working (50% telework), telework allowance, etc).
  • The office is in the heart of Brussels, easily accessible on foot from the Central Station, and close to metro Madou.
