Job summary
The Food Systems Summit set the stage for global food systems transformation to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. The UN Secretary-General has committed the UN system to establish a UN Food Systems Coordination Hub to support countries implementing food system transformation pathways towards achieving the 2030 Agenda.In Armenia, agriculture plays a strategic role in food security, employment, and rural livelihoods. Despite recent economic growth, the agricultural sector faces persistent structural challenges.
The Food Systems and Climate Action Data Analysis Specialist will analyze the current state of convergence between Food Systems Transformation (FST) and Climate Action (CA) agendas in Armenia.
