We are an expert group of supply chain professionals that advice our clients on a wide range of supply chain planning and logistics topics.

In order to support our growth, we would like to expand our fast-growing and motivated team with a Senior Sales Manager.


As a Senior Sales Manager you will:

  • Develop new prospects, from first initial contact up to deal closing.
  • Build & maintain excellent connections with existing clients in our portfolio.
  • Cover the full sales cycle independently: from customer contact and discussing customer's needs to create and present a proposal and last but not least closing deals.
  • Report directly to our CEO
  • Pledge to be as motivated as the rest of the team to contribute in the growth of Brix Advice.
What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 10 years of relevant experience within Sales and an affinity with Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • A professional attitude with strong communication skills. Strong presentation skills, but also a great listener to find solutions that fit perfectly to our customer's needs.
  • A willingness to learn and an open mindset
  • Comfortable to work in team as well as independently
  • An enthusiastic sense for entrepreneurship
  • Your native language is Dutch and you have an outstanding knowledge in English and/or French
