About the role

:


  • At Dstny for Service Providers we provide business communications services to Service Providers globally. Most products and services require a customer delivery project to not only enable and integrate the technology into the Service Providers environment but also to onboard the Service Provider in such a way that they are ready to get the most out of the purchased services.

As Senior Customer Project Manager in the Customer Success organization you will be instrumental in overseeing and delivering customer projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure timely, scope-compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional with a proven track record in successfully delivering software as a service projects.


Senior Customer Project Manager, responsibilities

:


  • Plan and execute the delivery of customer projects through the entire project lifecycle: design and specification, integration, testing, training, acceptance, and handover.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate all project risks always proactively addressing issues that may impact timelines or quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations through quality control processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Contribute process design and development, regularly improving project related documentation templates as our services evolve.
    What we're looking for in you
:


  • Degree qualified (M.Sc, B.Sc) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a customer project manager preferably working with software as a service deliveries.
  • Project Management Certification (Prince2, PMP etc)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • 25% travel requirements not including travel to office if working remotely.
