Our client, a leading company in the Service industry, is currently seeking a Junior Accounting professional to join their Finance department on a permanent basis.

Desired Profile:

Degree in audit, accounting, or related field
Min 1y of previous experience in accountancy
Analytical skills and ability to work with precision
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in audit software and computer tools

Responsibilities:

Participate in onsite audit engagements
Review financial reporting
Analyze and interpret financial data
Start your first week with participating with your colleagues in first class training courses that enable you to enrich your audit skills and knowledge about analytics
Start with getting to know the business and processes of your client. You are never on your own, you have a great team behind, in front and next to you
Get to know our RSM Audit tools
Approve yearend figures and check the balance sheet, profit, and loss accounts
Review financial reporting
Analyse financial statements and the reliability of the financial reporting
Track down all risks and operational vulnerabilities by collecting relevant information
Perform control activities at the clientsite and at the office
Be the advisor to clients on specific assignments and you provide support to the auditors in the management of the audit files
Collaborate with a dynamic and motivated team
You will work for small local SMEs to large international clients, from the health sector and soccer clubs to international financial institutions everything in between.
