Responsibilities:

Offer customer support via phone and tickets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and procedures to provide accurate solutions.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and organization.
Participate in shaping and executing office policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer support, office management, or a related field is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
