For our growing production site located in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek) specializing in sterile technologies, we are currently looking for a **QC Supervisor Quality Assurance & Documentation** reporting to the QC Manager Operational & Quality Support.

**The Role**
- Overall planning of the activities of the QC QAD team.
- Communicate with the different departments to ensure that the QC laboratory activities are in line with the supply chain and production activities.
- Responsible for the quality investigations (deviations, OOS, OOT, etc.), CAPA and Change Control in the Quality system in connection with the laboratory activities.
- Manage GMP documentation such as SOP's, analytical files, certificates of analysis, specifications, to ensure the traceability of analyzes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects of the QC department.
- Ensure good relations with internal and external stakeholders and responsible for the communication with lab contractors.
- Participate in calls with customers, audits and inspections.
- Back-up of the QC Manager Operational & Quality Support.
- University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, or other relevant discipline
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following activities: production, engineering, QC/QA within a pharmaceutical company
- Experience managing mid-sized teams (10 and more)
- Proficiency in French and English is required
