CRM TRAINEE - JOB DESCRIPTION

THE JOB:


In the role of CRM Trainee, you will work together with the RHG CRM team and support them in their day-to-day activities.

Your primary focus will be to support the development and testing of new capabilities for our CRM & Marketing Automation solution.

You will collaborate in documenting and mapping a wide variety of processes and experiences to allow to share CRM awareness across the company.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, precise and able to work with a good level of independence and has a strong interest in E-Commerce, Marketing Automation and CRM.

We offer a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Marketing Automation technology and have a direct experience with leading CRM & Marketing Automation tools and digital customer engagement strategy design.


DURATION:6 months, starting in July 2023


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Product management - Marketing Automation platform:

  • Support with requirement gathering, documentation and planning of new capabilities. Interact with internal stakeholders and vendor to ensure that all requirements are properly documented and tracked and that they go live as per plan. Support during UAT planning and execution.
  • Support with tracking and resolution of issues happening in production environment and affecting the daybyday activities
  • Support with the maintenance of document library related to CRM capabilities and project. Help with knowledge sharing across the organization and with the support to Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Marketing team in campaign planning and execution.
Product management - Guest Intelligence Hub

  • Support with requirement gathering, documentation and planning of new capabilities. Interact with internal stakeholders and vendors to define product roadmap. Support during UAT planning and execution.
Customer engagement - support campaign testing and creation of training material.

  • Support with the creation of campaign documentation and training material.

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:


  • You are enrolled in a school program (internship contract required)
  • You are very motivated & eager to learn
  • You have good project management skills and can work in an independent way
  • You have experience & knowledge of the Digital Marketing landscape
  • You have a strong command of Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • MANDATORY
  • You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • A previous experience in the CRM or Digital Marketing domains is a plus
  • Open to play an active role within the Trainee Scheme here at Radisson CSO
