We are looking for an administrative assistant for a company in Zaventem. The company is specialized in the distribution of chemical products for industrial usage.


Your tasks:

  • You make sure that the office operates smoothly together with the other members of the Administration team.
  • You set up meetings, meeting rooms and technology to ensure an efficient and professional environment for all internal and external clients.
  • During office hours you cover the reception, welcome visitors and answer incoming mails and calls.
  • You book AP booking into SAP.
  • You order office supplies and handle the administration.
  • You support with booking travels.
  • You help creating the monthly newsletter.

Profiel:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent experience.
  • You have very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
  • You have experience working with SAP.
  • You like to take initiative and are flexible towards job tasks.
  • You are a team player and have good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are eager to learn, like to work precisely and willing to take ownership.

Aanbod:
You will start with an interim contract with the option of a fixed contract.
