Join Our Team as an Electrical Technician
We are looking for an experienced
Electrical Technician
to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems, glass packaging furnaces, and related production machinery. You will be responsible for keeping our client's factory running efficiently, solving problems quickly, and improving processes while prioritising safety.
Your responsibilities:
- Breakdowns & Maintenance:
Diagnose and repair breakdowns, perform proactive/reactive maintenance, carry out periodic inspections, document interventions, and implement solutions. - Safety & Procedures:
Use and maintain PPE, secure work areas, comply with safety regulations, identify and report safety risks. - Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare detailed maintenance and breakdown reports, communicate with your supervisor. - Projects & Improvements:
Participate in and initiate technical projects, monitor external contractors, and ensure compliance with standards.

Work schedule – 6-shift system with respect for work-life balance:
- 2 of the 6 weeks: Day shift (08:00–16:00)
- 4 of the 6 weekends: Free
- Full schedule rotation includes day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting: €24.70/hr (plus shift premiums up to 35%)
- Meal vouchers (€5/day)
- Enhanced commuting allowance or cycling allowance
- Bonus for training milestones
- Hospitalisation insurance (after permanent contract)
- Possibility of company-provided accommodation
- START MARCH 2026
