The role of Talent Acquisition Manager is a key one in our ISS Facility Services organization: in this function, you will be responsible for the development and the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy in Belgium.

You will secure the quality, volume and cost for the recruitment of all type of operational jobs ((industrial) Cleaning, Site/ Contract managers, Engineers, Technicians and Handy(wo)men, Catering), as well as the recruitment of staff for our HQ.

You will join the People & Culture department of ISS Facility Services.

You will be part of a highly motivated and passionate HR family team at ISS and report to our People & Culture Director.

The position is based in our local HQ in Vilvoorde.


Job:


Plan & develop

  • Development and implementation of the talent Acquisition strategy in Belgium
  • Coordination and followup of recruitment activities short term and midterm (around 50 recruitment white collars and 2000 blue collars on an annual basis)
  • Manage and develop recruitment resources: a team of 10 recruiters (internal, freelance,..), RPO (Recruitment process Outsourcing=interim) partner, other (public and private) external partners
  • Elaborate an Employer Branding Plan aligned with ISS local HR strategy (external branding campaigns and internal campaigns)
  • Develop creative new sourcing pools.

Execute:


  • Use our ATS (Otys) in an effective & efficient way; alignment of processes, capabilities with new tool. Measure & improve KPIs.
  • Develop the recruitment strategy through job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and nondigital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
  • Implement the employer branding strategy together with a communication partner, coordinate and contribute to the Top Employer Certification
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment resources (inclusive external providers, temporary agencies); manage the procurement and measurement process. Continuous evaluation of providers and build a longterm relationship in order to get the best service level.
  • Be in charge of the selection of specific or critical profiles in close collaboration with line management
  • Organize internal and/or external assessment tests (when require & in agreement with Management)

Build Talent Pipeline

  • Build and manage contact network with schools (from technical schools to universities) and participate in employment events, such as career fairs
  • Build and manage an Employer Branding plan on social medias
  • Develop & support Traineeship programs

Integrate

  • Participate in the setup onboarding processes; and induction program together with the Learning and Development team
  • Be the point of contact for Belgium Talent Acquisition internal communication, participate in the redaction of the OPF (Operational Performance XX)
  • Be the point of contact for ISS Group Talent Acquisition international projects/ initiatives

Profile:


  • You have a master degree in a people discipline (Psychology, HR,...), with more than 10 Years relevant work experience.
  • You offer a first positive experience in leading people (from junior to senior). A Coaching training is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and French as well as fluency in English
  • Project Management experience is a plus
